Step into a bright, modern home thoughtfully designed to be your perfect home away from home. The open-plan living space is bathed in natural light, and central air conditioning and heating ensure your comfort year-round.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Four beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms ensure ample space for your group. All bedrooms feature blackout roller blinds for a restful night`s sleep.
- Master Bedroom: A serene retreat with a King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and direct views of the pool.
- Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable Queen bed and a Smart TV.
- Bedroom 3: A bright room with a Queen bed and a Smart TV.
- Bedroom 4: Perfect for kids or friends, with two twin beds and a Smart TV

Bathrooms:
The master ensuite has a walk-in shower, while the shared bathroom includes a bath/shower combo. Both are stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries.

Kitchen & Living:
- Create memorable meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Gather around the dining table for six to share stories from your day.
- In the evening, relax on the spacious L-shaped sofa and stream your favorite movies on the large Smart TV.

Outdoor Oasis:
- Your private, fully-fenced backyard is a true highlight. Take a dip in the sparkling heated pool or lounge poolside with a good book.
- As evening falls, dine al fresco under the glow of string lights at the outdoor dining table. A gas BBQ grill is also provided for your use.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and all its amenities, including the house, private backyard, and swimming pool. Self check-in is simple and secure with our smart lock system, allowing you to arrive at your convenience anytime after the designated check-in time.

We prioritize our guests` privacy and comfort. While we are not on-site, we are always available and responsive via the messaging app should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Booking & Guests

· Minimum age is 25 (exceptions possible). Contact us prior to booking.

. Check-in Requirements:

All guests must provide a government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in.

Entry instructions will not be sent until these are received.

Communication is via a secure third-party platform.

· Pool & BBQ
Pool heating is an additonal $50/day, paid pre-check-in, and takes up to 48 hours to heat.

(This is an added amenity and NOT included in the reservation.)

Heater malfunctions are not refundable.
It is professionally serviced once a week. Natural debris (leaves, etc.) can occur between cleanings; daily service is available for an additional $50 fee
We also provide propane for the BBQ grill and ask that you clean it after each use to avoid a $50 cleaning fee.


· Conduct & Property Use

Smoking is permitted outside only; a $500 fine applies for indoor smoking.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM (no noise audible to neighbors).

Parties are not allowed; only registered guests may be on the property.

Smoking, candles and party are not allowed inside.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM (no noise audible to neighbors).

Parties are not allowed; only registered guests may be on the property.

Smoking of any kind inside the property is not allowed, fine starts at $500


· Pets & Wildlife

No pets are allowed, including service/emotional support animals (due to allergies). Exceptions will be considered contact us additional fee will apply.

Reminder: The tropical climate includes insects, lizards, and iguanas; keep doors closed.

Encounters or small droppings do not qualify for refunds.

Cleanup supplies are provided.


· Longer Stays

For stays of 2 weeks or more, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the reservation to maintain the home`s quality.


· Check-in / Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability. Please inquire for details.

· Safety & Security

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed facing the front of the house and overlooking the pool area. These are not actively monitored. Tampering with cameras will result in a $100 fine

Liability:

The property owner and manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
