This stunning 2 bedroom suite is located in a beautiful, secluded property surrounded by lush trees, only a 3 minute drive (12 minute walk) away from shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach.
Here you can relax by the large designer pool, listen to the monkeys and observe hummingbirds and much other wildlife.
This space was designed for couples, families, and friends to enjoy the comforts of Costa Rica. Upon arrival you will find:
• 2 cozy bedrooms, each with its own queen bed, closet, and desk.
• A modern bathroom.
• A fully equipped kitchen with an island, a cooktop, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a blender and a toaster.
• A spacious living room with a big sofa, a smart TV and a desk.
• A private patio with an outdoor dining area.
• A/C in every room.
• Fast Wi-Fi, perfectly suited for remote work.
• Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are also provided.
As for the shared space outside, it includes:
• A stunning designer pool (27.2ft x 32.8ft) with a shallow lounging area and a deeper swimming section.
• A large shared patio with comfy sofas, a bar, a gas barbecue, and a bathroom.
• 2 outdoor showers.
• Secure on-site parking inside the gated property.
• A washer and a dryer (which you can use for a small fee).
Note that this area is shared with guests from 3 other rental units, offering a great opportunity to socialize and relax.
We kindly ask that parents actively supervise their children when they are in or near the pool.
No parties, and no smoking indoors.
We would also be happy to help you with inquiries concerning touristic activities, such as ATV tours, horse-riding, diving, snorkeling, catamaran sailing, or mountain-biking.
