Venez tomber amoureux de PARADISE! L'une des meilleures parties de ce condo privé est la proximité de la magnifique plage de Coco! Vous êtes à 60 secondes à pied de la plage et à seulement un pâté de maisons de plusieurs restaurants et d'une supérette. Pas besoin de louer une voiture si vous restez ici, ce qui vous fera économiser des centaines de $!

Cette belle unité de 2 chambres entièrement meublée comprend une belle cuisine et beaucoup d'espace confortable pour dîner avec des amis et la famille. La table, le garde-manger et les armoires en bois dur personnalisés offrent un cadre de style costaricien et un espace confortable pour profiter des repas, ou tout simplement se détendre après une journée sur la plage.

Les deux chambres résident au 2ème étage - le maître a un lit queen confortable et la chambre a 2 beaux lits jumeaux. 4 personnes maximum. Il y a plusieurs améliorations à l'unité que de nombreux autres condos n'ont pas (comme un réservoir d'alimentation en eau de secours, etc.)

La piscine est complète avec des meubles d'extérieur, un petit bar avec un espace de comptoir pour préparer une collation l'après-midi et une douche extérieure. La profondeur de l'eau est idéale pour faire des tours ou se prélasser sur des flotteurs si vous préférez nager juste devant votre porte d'entrée.

Condo great stay

Everything was very nice, host was super helpful in getting from airport to condo. She checked on us regularly, location within walking distance to beach and local restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

very nice place to stay

we only stayed a couple nights out there but it was great. The property manager was very nice and she helped us with getting there and also with transportation and activity to do around. The new year eve on the beach was a nice experience! Lastly, the neighborhood was very calm and people were very nice with us.

Nice two bedroom in great location

My family and I had a great time here. The condo is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to several restaurants and a mini market. The pool is right outside the front door, which was very nice for cooling off on the hot days.

The condo was as advertised and the manager Melina was very helpful through our stay. She provided transportation and assisted with excursions and she was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended if you plan on visiting CoCo Beach.

Great place.

The location was very good being a short walk to the beach. A bit futher and you are on the main strip. The pool right outside your door is awesome. Unit was well equiped for a great stay. Nice screened in porch with washer dryer unit if needed. Would stay here again.

Great location, amazing beach

Loved our stay!!! The location was great, lots of great restaurants, easy access to tours, shopping and the people were very friendly. The condo is was like our little home away from home. Awesome condo, excellent location

Our family had a 3 day stay at the condo. We were greeted by Melina, who is very friendly and answered all our questions. The condo was very clean, everything was provided for. The pool was just the right temperature. We enjoyed local restaurants and ice cream. The walk to the beach was easy.

Easy stay

The property is exactly as listed. The complex is close to the beach, and the community was accepting and kind. The property manager Melina was terrific. She responded quickly to any request, booked a tour for us and was very generous with all types of information. I highly recommend her.

Josie was very helpful, communication was exceptional , I felt like she wanted to make sure we had the best time possible. The other guest at the complex were very friendly and welcoming also gave us lots of info on what and were to go. Condo was what we expected and the location was close to beach and main area of town.

Good place to stay

The condo was great, well equipped with everything you need. Nice screen room out back for sitting and bbq. Has a nice new king size bed and comfy living room furniture. Short walk to the beach and town. Property manager Malina offers a great variety of outings you can book and enjoy. We did the sunset sail boat and had a wonderful time. If your looking for a great place to stay for relaxing or wanting to explore the area you wouldn’t be disappointed in this condo.

Nice Quite Place to Stay

Nice place for a family stay. The location is on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants and cafes and the pool was wonderful. Melina the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Regarding the listing description the water did go out as it says does happen occasionally, however the description says there is a back-up water tank - not sure if we needed to do something to get it to work but we did not have back-up water for a few hours. Also the 1-2 minute walk to the beach in the description is a bit ambitious - more like 5-6 minutes. Minor things, but just pointing them out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, grocery would stay there again!

My husband and I just returned home from our first visit to Costa Rica, we loved it. Such beautiful country and friendly people. Josie and Rick's condo is great! We loved that we were steps away from a nice pool and then across the street and a short one block walk to the beach! Also this area has a great little "plaza" with several restaurants super close to the condo. We tried three of the six or so and loved all of them. We also were able to do a loop by either walking on beach or street into town and back and enjoy the main street of Las Palmas. Super markets were great as well as restaurants in town. No issue at all using US dollars and credit cards everywhere. The neighbors we met while there were all very nice and helpful with any questions we might have. Josie, Krista and Chris were all super helpful before and during our stay, if a two bedroom, two bath condo is something that would work for you I would definitely recommend this one!! :)

Belle expérience à Coco Beach

Toute la famille a passé un super séjour à Coco Beach dans l’appartement de Josie. On a été très bien accueilli par Mélina. L’appartement a tout le confort nécessaire et la résidence est magnifique. Il est bien situé pour profiter de belles plages comme Hermosa ou Ocotal qui sont à moins de 15 min en voiture.

Simple Condo with pool access & near the beach

We were very pleased with our stay at this location. The condo was in excellent condition, with a binder outlining not only things to know about the condo, but also recommendations for eating & activities. A very short walk to restaurants & the beach, so close to come back in between. Only complaint is that we didn't book a longer stay.

Quiet and relaxing

Property was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. Communication was great with property manager! She was helpful in where to find groceries and some nearby hiking. We went scuba diving and snorkeling. Early morning walks on Playa de Coco only a block away from the beach!

I was here for a couple days and the stay here was great. Melina, the property manager, was easy to get ahold of, and when I had an issue she got it fixed right away. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the beach and any restaurants.

Currently residing in Brampton, Ontario along with our children, our roots are in Malta and Newfoundland. We have two daughters, a son and new addition to our family, our grandson baby Evan!
We are very fortunate to be able to have such a beautiful, peaceful place to visit and intend on creating many beautiful memories here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This condo is very nice, comfortable and very easy on the budget compared to other properties in the area. The big draw to this condo is the great location that is close to the cafés, restaurants & of course Coco Beach!
Airport pick-up & drop-off for $60 each way if you prefer.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This condo has a backup water reserve tank so that if the water is shut off during the day for maintenance (which happens on occasion down there) you will not be affected because of your private reserve tank. Many other condos do not have this feature so you are at the mercy of the local utility company. Nothing is worse on vacation than coming home from the beach and not being able to take a shower before going out on the town for dinner. I also had a new hot water tank and new Air Condition unit installed as additional upgrades.
