SEA CHANGE is a lovely 5 bedroom holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. Close to the beach, playground and hotel, plenty of room for parking and the boat. An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway with family or friends!

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, Breville coffee machine with frother (BYO beans), coffee percolator, sandwich press, electric frying pan, electric wok, rice cooker, slow cooker, electric mixer, hot dog maker, assorted platters, salad bowls, bakeware, children's plates/bowls. Kitchen bench with 4 stools.
Split system reverse cycle air-conditioner between kitchen and lounge area.
Dining area with large 8 seater table, Lounge area with large L shaped lounge, two seater lounge, large smart TV, DVD player, sound bar, stereo, CD, bluetooth, assorted books/games. Childs highchair.
5 bedrooms, main bedroom with split system air-conditioning, smart TV and ensuite, bedroom 2 with small smart TV, all bedrooms excluding the bunk room have ceiling fans.
