🚭 SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the suite, on balconies or patios, or in any common or parking areas.
Evidence of smoking will result in recovery fees starting at $500 and may result in immediate termination of the stay.
Removing or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fee.
🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $75 per hour fee. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
👥 OCCUPANCY & USE
• No parties or events
• No outside guests without prior written permission
• Minimum age to book: 22 years old
• No weapons or illegal substances allowed. Violations will result in immediate removal and may involve law enforcement.
• Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]
• Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
🐾 EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS (ESA)
Guests traveling with an Emotional Support Animal may be subject to a pet fee. In certain cases, ESAs may be declined in accordance with applicable laws and HOA requirements.
🔒 GUEST VERIFICATION
To comply with legal and HOA requirements, all guests must:
• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID
• Confirm contact information
• Complete our secure verification portal
• In some cases, complete a background check
