CedarStay is pleased to announce the new Owners are personally curating a full refurbishment. The transformation will inject luxury into every area of this home including the addition of a new Cedar Spa and a wrap-around outdoor deck offering new areas for outdoor living and dining. The refurbishment will be completed with new furniture, carpets, soft-furnishings, curtains and tasteful artwork in every room. Artist’s impression images will be updated in April 2026.

The modern kitchen is well appointed for everything from casual breakfasts to shared family dinners, with quality appliances, complimentary tea, coffee, condiments, a selection of herbal teas and a Nespresso machine to start your mornings right. Stay entertained and connected with a Smart TV, cable TV, and unlimited high-speed internet.



The spacious master bedroom is filled with natural light, opening directly into the garden with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating & heated towel rails. The two guest bedrooms share the main bathroom, also with underfloor heating, heated towel rails and a bathtub. CedarStay also offers flexible sleeping options, as two of the three beds separate into single beds, offering up to five beds in total. Simply state your bedding preference at the time of booking.

Guest Access:

Self check-in using the digital keypad on the front door. Guests are requested to arrive before 9pm on the day of arrival to ensure we can offer assistance where required.



The Neighborhood:

Queenstown, New Zealand, sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. Renowned for adventure sports, it’s also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns. There's many adrenaline activities including bungee jumping off Kawarau Bridge, jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers, skydiving and white water rafting. In winter, there's skiing on the slopes of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Cardrona local ski fields.



Getting Around:

Located a few minutes drive from the heart of Queenstown and 10mins from the airport. Taxi's cost approx $5 into Queenstown.



Other Things to Note:

For bookings of seven nights or more your holiday home will be serviced mid-stay. For additional servicing, request prior to arrival, charges apply. At no cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for infants, simply request at time of booking.



This property requires a $500.00 NZD security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.



Five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. ‘From’ price reflects minimum number of guests at low season.
