The ground floor is designed for relaxed living. A well-appointed kitchen flows into the dining area, while the separate lounge creates a cosy, private space to unwind — especially with the sofa bed (please note sofa bed linen is an additional charge). There is also a ground-floor toilet and a washer/dryer combo with laundry detergent provided for effortless longer stays.

One of the home’s standout features is the sunny front porch. With a comfortable outdoor sofa, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or soak up the last of the afternoon sun — a quiet, charming moment that feels worlds away from the city buzz.

Upstairs, the cottage feel continues with two beautifully styled bedrooms and a full bathroom:

Bedroom One features a luxurious Super King bed and TV — a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The Super king bed can be split into two singles with advance notice - please note there is an additional fee to do so.

Bedroom Two offers a King bed with wardrobe storage

The living room sofa converts into a comfortable double sofa bed, allowing the home to sleep additional guests.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
