Guest Access:

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.



For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)



The Neighborhood:

Manly is one of Sydney’s most iconic beachside suburbs, known for its laid-back vibe, beautiful beaches, and vibrant food scene. You’ll be close to Manly Beach, the Corso, local markets, coastal walks, and plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants.



The area is lively yet relaxed, making it perfect for swimming, surfing, scenic walks, or simply enjoying the coastal lifestyle. It’s a favourite for both locals and visitors alike.



Getting Around:

Manly is very well connected by public transport. The Manly Ferry provides a scenic and direct route to Sydney CBD, while local buses offer easy access to surrounding suburbs and beaches.



Street parking is available in the area (some spots may be time-restricted), and paid parking options are nearby. Guests are encouraged to check local signage for parking conditions.



Other Things to Note:

Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.



All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.



Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
