- The unit is not equipped for preparing large or elaborate meals. Guests are welcome to do light cooking, but should plan to bring their own pans and cooking utensils, as these are not provided
- The clubhouse kitchen is not a shared space with guests. It is for events that are booked separately only
- The property may not be suitable for young children due to the small railings at the top of the cabin. Adult supervision is recommended
- All sleeping arrangements at this property consist of air mattresses. These are fully inflatable, regularly maintained, and provided in place of traditional bed frames and mattresses
- The waterfall only runs when weather conditions allow
