THE ESTATE

- Casa Balena unfolds across 1.7 acres of landscaped grounds, with approximately 18,000 square feet of constructed space, intentionally distributed between refined interior volumes and expansive outdoor living areas. Terraces, gardens, shaded lounges, and open-air gathering spaces are integral to the architecture, allowing daily life to flow naturally between indoors and outdoors.



The estate is designed to feel open and generous, yet deeply private—ideal for multi-generational families and groups seeking both togetherness and quiet retreat.



At the heart of the home lies its defining feature: a 37-meter whale-shaped infinity pool, seamlessly integrated into the architecture and landscape. More than a visual signature, the pool serves as the social and emotional center of Casa Balena—hosting early morning swims, afternoons with children, and long evenings overlooking the Pacific.

Please note: We kindly ask you to consider that the Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. This fee is $50 per adult (ages 13+) and $30 per child (ages 5–12). It will be added to your booking quote, along with a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT.

Guest Access:

Punta Mita Beach Club Fee

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities.

Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.
