Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment, offering complete privacy and a true home-away-from-home experience. Youâre also invited to enjoy the buildingâs shared amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool, BBQ area, and fully equipped gym, sauna and steam room.
If youâre traveling by car, a secure undercover parking space is provided for your convenience (maximum vehicle height 2.2m).
Your comfort is important to us, and weâre always available should you need anything during your stay. While we aim to ensure everything runs seamlessly, please note that building amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled or unforeseen maintenance managed by the buildingâs body corporate. These changes are outside our control and may occur without prior notice.

Cleaning & Care of the Apartment
Each stay is supported by professional cleaning to ensure a high standard for every guest. We kindly ask that the apartment is left tidy upon departure.
If you have any concerns regarding cleanliness on arrival, please notify us immediately. Our cleaning team can return within 6 hours to address the issue.
âą Cleaning concerns must be reported within 6 hours of check-in
âą Guests must allow us the opportunity to rectify the issue
âą If a cleaning solution is declined, refunds cannot be offered
Additional cleaning required due to excessive mess or damage will be charged at $50 per hour, and any damages will be assessed accordingly.
Lost & Found
Items left behind can be held for up to two weeks. Collection can be arranged, or items may be posted at the guestâs expense.
Check-Out & Late Departure
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
âą 10:00 AM â 12:00 PM: half-day rate applies
âą After 12:00 PM: late check-out is not available
These timeframes help ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests.
