Perfect location steps from beach

Great to stay in a place that exceeded our expectations - the photos do this place no justice it was immaculate and even better than the photos suggested. Plenty of room for our large group. Beds were all new and very comfortable. We loved spending time in the roof terrace with great views of water. Quiet and perfectly located to walk to many bars restaurants and of course the beach- the board games and foosball in garage space was a great bonus - thank you see you again soon.

Beautiful location

This home was a wonderful choice, but when we arrived, the elevator didn’t work. The management company did a very admirable job of trying to fix it, and came several times including with 2 different elevator repair services over the first 2 days, but it could not be fixed while we were still there. They were prompt about refunding an adequate amount for compensation, as we counted on the elevator for helping my elderly and disabled sister use the home, and for the rest of us, also elderly, to not have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. Because of that, we hardly used the beautiful top deck, since sister could not make it up beyond the first flight of stairs to the main level with the main living area and bedroom. The house was well arranged and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The beach access was very close and had a flashing light to activate at the crosswalk. We’d give it 5 stars if the elevator worked, but the friendly service as they truly tried to fix it, was appreciated.

Oceanfront Memories for Every Generation

This was the perfect oceanfront rental for our adult children and their families. From our infant grandchild to our teens, the space worked beautifully for every age. There was truly something for everyone, and the layout allowed us to be together while still having room to spread out when needed. The kitchen was well-appointed and made it easy to prepare meals and gather as a family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful “leftovers” from previous guests—having access to beach chairs and a wagon made our beach days simple and enjoyable without needing to bring or buy extra items. Having the pool was nice but we opted for the beach. Evenings were a highlight, spent on the rooftop patio playing bags, enjoying the ocean breeze, and watching the sunset. While there were televisions throughout the home, we hardly used them—except, of course, to catch a bit of the NCAA Tournament. Most of our time was spent talking, laughing, and simply being together. Location, location, location
 we were able to walk to dinner, walk to shopping, walk to play mini golf. It was great. Even crossing the main Blvd was easy when going to the beach. Having in-home laundry was incredibly convenient with a group our size, especially with little ones, and the garage access made unloading and coming and going very easy. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and make lasting family memories. It truly accommodated every generation—from infant to teen—and provided the perfect setting for a meaningful and memorable family getaway by the ocean.
