This 2BR unit is designed to create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The living and dining area is light-filled and inviting, perfect for relaxing or gathering together.
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for any meal preparation. Both bedrooms offer plush beds and practical storage, while the bathroom features contemporary finishes. Thoughtful touches in décor and layout make this space a serene and welcoming retreat.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities including a swimming pool, gym, and sauna, are shared with residents and other guests.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team.
Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation.
In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.

No Parties or Events
All loud music/noise must be turned off by 10 PM.

Additional Bedding
Is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee per night.

No smoking
This is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking will be charged a minimum of AUD250 and or additional cleaning fees.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200
