Welcome to Bahia Vista 363, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to six guests; has an open-concept layout and located in a tropical waterfront community.

The living room features a full-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, sitting chair, TV, and direct access to a private balcony, flowing seamlessly into a spacious dining area with a large table perfect for dinners or game nights. The fully equipped and stocked kitchen includes all appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware, and a washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Please note: There is not an automatic ice maker here but ice cube trays are provided. Please plan accordingly as needed.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, access to the balcony, and an attached bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a TV. Both bathrooms are generously sized with large walk-in showers.

Enjoy stunning Intracoastal Waterway views from the private balcony that stretches off both the living room and master bedroom, where you can watch boats cruise by, dolphins swim through, and beach goers heading over the Bayway Bridge to St Pete Beach.

This is a great unit overlooking the bay; views of dolphin, manatee and sunset spectacular. It was unfortunate that the key to the fitness room was lost by a prior guest and could not be replaced as we would have like to use. It would have been nice to have smart tvs in the rooms. The internet was not working at first but mgmt company was very responsive to come fix. The soap (dish & hand) were sparse; we bought our own. Beds were a bit worn and lumpy but manageable. Only one beach chair, two umbrellas. Ice maker did not work but there were plenty of ice trays. Water filter needs replaced though. All in all, if you’re looking for a unit with a great view and don’t plan on spending a lot of time inside this is worth a try. Mgmt did say they were working out the kinks.

This condo was truly a home away from home during my extended stay while my house was under construction. It is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and spacious, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel settled right away. The long balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room, quickly became my favorite spot. I loved spending time on the outdoor chaise, enjoying meals at the bistro table, and watching dolphins pass while enjoying breathtaking sunsets daily. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed facing the water, along with an impressively spacious walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and a nicely sized closet. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers, and the cabinetry throughout the condo is so well designed that everything has its place, which was especially appreciated during a long stay.The décor strikes the perfect balance between elevated Florida beach style and cozy comfort, and the condo is equipped with everything you might need. The owner, Chuck, was kind and thoughtful, checking in during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable.All in all, this condo felt like both a retreat and a second home, giving me the comfort I needed during a stressful time while still providing the feeling of a vacation. I am so grateful for the experience and cannot recommend it highly enough.
