Welcome to Belle-vue, your private river side sanctuary with sweeping views across the garden and down the river to the Dorrigo mountains.

We previously owned the 5 star Januce On The River for 7 years and are continuing the style with our new accommodation.

With a prime river front position, our apartment offers an immediate sense peace from the busy world.
With delightful gardens and sitting nooks, spreading down to the river, this is a place to relax. Designed for couples or solo travellers seeking a peaceful retreat immersed in nature’s beauty.

Your small (under 10kg) fur baby is welcome, we have a mini schnauzer. -The property is unfenced but there is a large area to run, needs supervision. You must clean up, and any mess inside the house is an extra $100. Extra dog fees per night apply to cover cleaning. Dogs are not to be left home alone.

Enjoy fishing or paddling in the 2 supplied canoes or the stand up board from the jetty right out the front, or just sitting in one of the many private locations and read a book. Whether you are lounging in the living area, sipping a morning coffee, or waking up in bed, your backdrop is the trees, river and mountains.

The private deck is the ultimate setting for "golden hour." Imagine settling into a comfortable chair with a glass of wine in hand, feeling the salt-kissed breeze as the sun begins to set. Watching the sky turn shades of violet and orange over the mountains while the river reflects the twilight and the birds fly past to their nests, it is a nightly ritual you will never tire of.

The apartment features a newly renovated bathroom and a modern kitchenette which provides everything you need for easy living. While there are wonderful local restaurants nearby, you have all the essentials on hand to prepare a meal. There is also a washing machine.

When it’s time for bed comfort is paramount. The air conditioned bedroom features a super-comfortable king sized bed to ensure a deep, restorative sleep. You can wake up to the sight of the morning mist lifting off the river and the birds chirping.

Whether you are here to enjoy the beach, fishing, or walking, enjoy water sports on the river, or simply do nothing at all, this apartment offers the perfect base. It is breezy, bright, and effortlessly calming. We invite you to come and experience the view, the comfort, and the peace of our riverside haven.

There are 6 steps and a sloping pathway that are easy and safe but make this property unsuitable for people with mobility challenges.

If a couple book the house we assume one bed. If two beds are required,
please advise us so we can make up the extra bed. An extra cleaning and linen fee of $60 will be charged for the extra bed.
