🚭 No smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or on property (cleaning fees apply)

🔑 Lost keys: $500 replacement + any delivery/locksmith costs

🧴 Starter toiletries: Provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies)

🧺 Linen & towels: 1 bath towel per guest; no towel changes during stay unless pre-arranged (fees apply)
