No Parties or Unauthorized Guests â Parties are strictly prohibited. A $300 penalty applies if any unregistered guests are found entering or leaving the property after 11 PM.
Respect for Neighbors & Common Areas â Please keep all public areas clean and maintain a quiet environment to respect the neighborhood.
No Third-Party Bookings â As per Airbnbâs Terms and Conditions, third-party bookings are not allowed. If a guest does not disclose that they are booking on behalf of someone else through Airbnb messages, phone calls, texts, or emails, the booking may not be honored.

Send the photo here in this Airbnb chat.
You may cover sensitive numbers if you wishâwe only need to see your name, photo and expiry date.
We will delete the image right after we note the details after you check out , and it is never shared outside Airbnb.
