We’ve set the apartment up to feel welcoming and practical, whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or staying a little longer.

Sofa bed (optional):
Our sofa bed (double bed) is available on request for an additional $20 per night (including linen and setup). If you’d like us to prepare the items for the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.

The measurements for the sofa bed are 196cm x 82cm. Due to the L-shaped design and fixed head section (long part), the sofa bed does not open fully into a perfectly flat 196 cm sleeping surface. The apartment can sleep up to 6 guests, though it is most comfortable for 5, especially when using the sofa bed for long periods.

✅ To include the sofa bed charge correctly in your Airbnb booking, please select 5 guests when booking, as Airbnb applies the sofa bed fee through the extra guest charge.

Residential Building: Please review the house rules carefully before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay.

This is a quiet residential tower. We strictly prohibit parties, smoking, or any gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. A $400 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors. Non-compliance with our regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any damage or extra cleaning.

Long Stays: For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $150. For extended stay, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property, keeping it in tip condition throughout your stay.
