Guest Access:

The entire home including 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the pool deck and the other looking out at the ocean. Entry is by a keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours to check in.

Spend your days exploring the Boardwalk, grabbing drinks and live music at Broadway at the Beach, or squeezing in a round at Top Golf. In town for a tournament or event? The Sports Center and Convention Center are just around the corner—making this the perfect home base.



The best part? You’re close enough to experience it all… but tucked away just enough to relax, recharge, and do it all again tomorrow.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended but you can also walk several places, making it easy to leave your car in the lot for most of your stay! Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
