âą Because this is a privately owned apartment the gym is unavailable to our guests. The good news is all other resort facilities are available including the restaurant, bar and indoor pool!
âą While the restaurant and bar are open 7 days a week in Winter, outside of peak periods it may be closed on certain days. Feel free to send us a message and we can confirm.
âą Renovations are taking place on the neighbouring building in the complex from November to February 2026. Some construction noise might be present during week days, 9-5pm. You won't hear this from the apartment however. *The tennis court will be closed until February 2026.

1.2. All payments must be made via Airbnbâs secure payment system. We do not accept cash payments.
1.3. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old (or as required by local regulations).

2. Check-in & Check-out
2.1. Check-in time: 4pm | Check-out time: 10am
2.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
2.3. Guests must return the property in the same condition as they found it.

3.1. No smoking inside the property.
3.2. No parties or events unless explicitly approved.
3.3. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
3.4. Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am.
3.5. Pets are not allowed on the property.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the Airbnbâs cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking.
4.2. In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full booking amount.
4.3. If a guest chooses to leave earlier than their booking period, no refunds will be issued unless agreed upon.
