Inside, the open-plan layout blends sleeping, lounging, dining, and cooking into one practical space, featuring a compact kitchen, private laundry, and portable heating and cooling for ultimate comfort.
Discover an open-plan studio where thoughtful styling and everyday essentials create a simple, well-finished base to recharge after soaking up Bondi’s energy. The sleeping zone is centred around a double bed with a queen duvet, complemented by soft coastal tones and streamlined furnishings that keep the space feeling uncluttered. Nearby, a compact sofa and wall-mounted TV provide an easy place to unwind at the end of the day.

The compact, well-equipped kitchen is practical and well considered, fitted with modern appliances including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine. A dining nook by the window offers a relaxed spot for coffee and breakfast before heading out to explore.

The private bathroom features a walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries, and a window that brings in natural light. A washer is neatly integrated into the studio for added convenience, while portable heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort.

While there is no on-site parking, the nearest bus stop is just a three-minute walk away, with direct connections to Westfield Bondi Junction and the CBD. Bondi Beach is right outside, with renowned dining spots and local cafés all within easy walking distance.

Please note: The studio is on the ground level. There is one small step in the interior corridor leading to the unit. From street level to the building’s entry door, there is a flight of stairs.

Scheduled building works will take place within the complex from 23 February to 15 June 2026, between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM on weekdays, primarily in the main entrance area. Some noise and minor disruptions may occur during this period. Thank you for your understanding.
