The BEST LOCATION in Breckenridge! You can literally walk to the base of Peak 9 and every restaurant, bar, & shop from this quaint and modern remodeled apartment! Hop on the shuttle from DIA and get dropped off at your door, never need a vehicle on your Breckenridge vacation. Two parking spots are available if you do drive! Recently remodeled with all new appliances, carpet, and furnishings! Great first floor unit Just off of Main St. with wooded views of the mountains from the deck! A king bed in the master bedroom and a Queen, Twin over Queen in the guest room Sleep up to 6 no problem! The new community pool and hot tub are the best in town, a short walk directly behind the condo. You can also walk to the base of Peak 9 for lessons and lift access! The WiFi is super fast and a coin operated laundry just out the door for those extended and Work From Home Stays. This property's pool complex closes seasonally Labor Day till opening Day of Ski Season each year. Ask about other StayLTD locations too!
This property, and all Stay Living the Dream properties, is equipped with "contact free self check-in and check-out." You will be emailed a secure code for accessing the property ensuring your property is clean, sanitized beyond the CDC guidelines and safe for your stay.

Great location

Great location for skiing at Breck. Easy walk to slopes and into town (we did ski check at the mountain). Shuttle stop right there which was great for a day trip to Keystone. Condo was very comfortable and well appointed—fully accurate with listing.

Great location but a few drawbacks

First, the location was stellar and the price was very competitive. Walking distance to all. The property was nice but seemed dated to us relative the photos. Amenities were mixed - had all the basics but there was no iron and the laundry is coin based - very old machines. We took our laundry to another laundromat. Check in and and check out is smooth but inflexible: 4pm check in and 10am check out. Understand the issues with labor, cleaning, etc but we have not experienced this elsewhere. Overall 3/5.

Salil, I'm so glad you found the location, pricing and community pool all exceptional. We just replaced the carpet and painted the condo this spring, so not sure how you found it dated. We found you as a guest to be rude, hotsile, and disrespectful. While we responed immedately to your messages, I wasn't able to take or make a call immediately as I had limited service driving in the mountains. I explained this to you yet you proceeded to badger me with calls and messages. The moment I had service I called and offered compensation for the missing iron (which I found in the kitchen where I told you to look) and you were rude and hung up on me. You booked your stay the same day as arrival over the 4th of July weekend so in order to accomodate you and the next guest we could not make an early check in or late check in our late check out on a busy holiday with a last minute reservation like yours. As describled in the listing the coin operated laundry is part of the community amenities, we don't have one in the condo. Overall next time please feel free to find another property.

Breckenridge Stay

As other reviewers have said the photos of this unit make it look a lot brighter than it is. In reality it is a bit dingier and dated. I'm not saying the place is dirty because that isn't the case. It's just not as bright as the listing photos would lead you to believe. I failed to notice the staircase in the photos. This is a 2 level unit. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower level. You go down a very narrow staircase to get to them. Don't expect the brightly colored bedding you see in the listing photos. There is a reason the photo of the bathroom is a tight shot. The bathroom is tiny and can only fit one person at a time. The lighting is terrible. The kitchen lights are on the ceiling behind you. So whenever you a working on something on the kitchen counter it is in shadow. They need to put some under cabinet lights in. Also, the kitchen lights cast a very bright reflection on the TV. The sofa and love seat have no end tables. There is nowhere to set a beverage while sitting and reading, working on your laptop or watching TV. The lighting for the sofa loveseat area is poor. Again the lights are behind you and don't provide much light for reading. The location of the unit is excellent! Just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Steve, Sorry the lighting was bad for you. There's a 6' sliding door that faces directly west and during the day there's lots of natural light. The lighting in the main area is 4 sets of three dimable LED track lights. Maybe the dimmer wasn't turned upall the way. The light's can be re-arranged if needed. The complex is one of the original in town hense the awesome location. But it was recently remodeld in 2022. Glad you enjoyed all the amenities. Let us know if you need a bigger space next time we do have larger options.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay for a few days here. It is within easy walking distance to everything on Main St. Shopping, restaurants, and ski lifts. Very well appointed two bedroom condo!

Great location in Breck

Cross the street to hop on the brown outbound bus with a short 5-7 drive to Beaver Run Loft. Would need ski in/out to be any better. 5 min walk to upper main st restaurants and shops. Ground level and everything we needed for the stay. Comfy beds and linens. Single bathroom was workable with 4 adults. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at this extremely convenient condo! We loved being able to walk downtown, to the park and to trails. Check in was easy and we appreciated the owner’s communication throughout our stay!

Warning- ***sheets may not be freshly changed***

Very disappointed that the property manger never apologized when I contacted him regarding the fact that the sheets had pieces of crackers discovered upon waking- and we also found a pubic hair in the sheets- obviously sheets weren’t changed, even though beds were made. In this era of Covid - extra sanitizing measures are supposed to be standard and guaranteed. I asked for a discounted housekeeping rate OR the ability to stay an extra two hours from 10am checkout and manager wasn’t apologetic considering we could’ve been exposed to someone else’s germs & didn’t try to be accommodating to help us out in any way. This was very poor customer relations. The location was great & easy access to get bus to the slopes. Condo was a bit run down. Won’t be staying here again.

Victoria, I'm very struck by your review. We absolutely did change the sheet's before you arrived and I had personally inspected the unit. You started asking for early check-in and freebees well before you arrived. With COIVD we change all the sheets even in beds that don't appear to be used so while it's unfortunate your daughter found a cracker in her bed when she woke up you absolutely omitted your other gross details when we spoke. I'll leave this review as an outlier as the rest of our reviews are stunning from considerate guests who read the directions, follow the rules and don't try to blackmail us for extras. Glad you enjoyed the location and access right downtown.

Everything about the stay was amazing! Breckenridge is awesome and the condo was just perfect. The location was absolutely the best, we were able to walk to everything. Will definitely book again.
