The Space:

This comfortable one-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully set up to feel like home. The living area includes a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. A simple dining space doubles as a great spot for meals or working remotely. Neutral tones and subtle decor create a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout.



The bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed with clean white linens and soft pillows. Warm wood furniture and bedside lamps add to the relaxing vibe, making it a great place to unwind.



The bathroom modern, with a spacious countertop and large mirror. A few decorative touches like potted plants and simple wall art bring personality to the space, making this apartment a pleasant and practical place to stay.



Due to its central location, this unit is situated near a main freeway, and some traffic noise may be heard at times.

The tennis court is available for guest use. Please note that tennis rackets and balls are not provided.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
