Located in Banderas Bay, with panoramic views of the Bay of Bandares and the iconic formations of Los Arcos, this luxury vacation rental is one of the six personalized villas in the exclusive Sierra del Mar in the community of Los Arcos. Completely updated with Modern sleek interior and exterior spaces and a private beach, the property is equally suitable for a relaxed family vacation or a warm weather getaway with friends.



The name of the villa translates as “sea rock” and, in fact, you can enjoy the sun as it sets behind the distinctive “Los Arcos” from the row of sun loungers and the heated infinity pool and the jacuzzi on the terrace facing the sea.



A palapa provides a breather in the shade of the sun, and a barbecue and an outdoor dining room invite you to stay outside until the afternoon. Of course, there is also a sound system, satellite television and a games room with a pool table and comfortable plush modern couches when its time to move inside. Your stay includes the preparation two meals a day (three can be arranged at a small additional fee) from the villa’s chef, the services of other staff and access to the community beach club, the shared pool, the gym, the sauna and the steam room.

Top Floor:

Bedroom 1: This spacious and sunny garden view room features two large twin beds, a sitting area, an ensuite bath with a shower

Bedroom 2: This room features a spa–like neutral décor and a king bed, lush garden view, en-suite primary bath with dual sinks and a spacious shower.

Bedroom 3: A vision in ocean colors of blues and greys, this super primary features a king bed.

Bedroom 4: King bed, expansive ocean views, huge private balcony, sitting area, large dressing room, and bath with dual sinks and shower.

Main Floor:

Bedroom 5: Large King bed, one twin bed, an ocean view balcony, and dual sinks in the ensuite bath with a shower.



Ocean Level:

Tabito Suite: This large ocean-view private apartment is just feet from the ocean surf. This floor features two rooms, a small kitchen area with a microwave, a two-burner stovetop, and a mini fridge.

This entire private floor offers a workspace with an ocean view desk, a small area adjacent to the office with a daybed, and a master suite with a King bed, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bath with a shower.

This primary suite has a second twin bed and a large screen TV. Large glass doors open to a private patio with a sitting area, a small lawn, and a garden.



The Space:

Casa Peña del Mar: Spend your evenings on the terrace listening to the sound of the ocean amidst the splendor of cascading fountains and the warm glow from the gas-lit fire pits.

A full staff , including private chef, houseman, maid, concierge and gardener, will see to your every need.



Just a short two minute walk from the front door you will find our private Sierra Del Mar at Los Arcos private beach club, restaurant and gym. The private beach club is open daily (with a few exceptions ) for guest use.

The club features on the sand and poolside lounges and umbrellas for guest use as well as towels and shade areas. The friendly staff of the restaurant and bar are there to serve delicious meals and snacks from Breakfast to sundown.

The full bar offers cocktails and soft drinks and lite snacks as bargain prices.
