Sunrises over the water, sunsets that set the whole sky on fire, and the sound of the waves just across the street. This beautifully updated studio delivers the kind of coastal experience that brings guests back year after year.



Located in Building 1 — the closest tower to beach access — and just steps from the white sands of Bonita Beach, this thoughtfully refreshed studio is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or anyone ready to trade the everyday for a genuine Gulf Coast escape.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



Fresh decor, modern finishes, and thoughtful updates give this studio a bright, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The open floor plan flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living/sleeping areas, with large sliding glass doors drawing your eye straight to that spectacular Gulf view.



Step out onto the screen-enclosed balcony with your morning Keurig coffee or an evening cocktail and let the view do the rest — waves rolling in, sky shifting through pinks and oranges, the Gulf glittering as far as you can see.



The living and sleeping area is comfortably furnished with powered recliners and a king-size bed, with a ceiling fan overhead and generous storage throughout. It's a relaxed, easy-living space perfectly sized for the way beach vacations are meant to be spent.



The bathroom features a walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels included for your stay.



The well-equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and all the small appliances needed for simple meals and beach-day snacks.
