Quick visit

Location and place was wonderful, a little dated but clean and comfortable. Complex was still under renovation in general and all amenities were unavailable. We knew this so once they are up and running again, place would be even better. Definitely would visit again.

The unit was great. So was the location and the Host. The entire complex was under renovation, which made it more difficult to get around and added construction noise that was unexpected.

My husband and I loved this property. The location was great.. it was clean and the view is spectacular. We look forward to staying there again. Host is very accommodating.

Home Sweet Vacation Home

Hubby and I spent many years vacationing in Bonita Springs but we hadn’t been back in over 20 years. We decided our anniversary would be a great time to head back to our favorite beach. Mike and Diane’s place was perfect! Very clean upon arrival, absolutely every little detail was taken care of, and we didn’t need a thing! They were very prompt to respond when we had a question.

Our unit was extremely clean. The owners also have everything you need for the beach already there, which was very nice. Easy communication with the owner. We’d recommend this rental.

Relaxing getaway!

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing, quiet place to stay on the beach and we found it. Owner was very easy to work with and kept us informed about post hurricane construction. Beach with tons of seashells is two minutes away. Pizza at restaurant across the street is excellent.

Short weekend stay

We were looking for a small place to stay over a long weekend that was very close to the beach and this location was great! Although we actually chose other beaches to visit during our stay we enjoyed being close to watch the sunsets from the balcony and within walking distance to a great restaurant.

The condo is beautiful and very well maintained, there was some construction going on and it was a little loud. Mostly at the pool.

Great, comfortable space in Paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Just steps away from Bonita Beach Park and Barefoot Beach, it is an ideal location for a getaway to paradise. There are a couple good restaurants within walking distance, and all other essentials such as grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. are just a short drive away. The only issue was the noisy construction that was happening during our stay, and because of this we were not able to use the balcony that overlooked the Gulf. I'm sure the improvements will be complete in a short time, and we would love to return at a later date when we can enjoy the updated property, without the noise of construction, I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay anywhere in the Naples/Fort Myers area. Its a good central location, 30 minutes from SW FL Int'l Airport, and a short walk, or 10-20 minute drive, from some of the most beautiful beaches in America.

Great time away to recharge

The property location is perfect. Right across the street from the public beach the owner left us feeling welcome and had everything on site to help enjoy our trip. The place was clean and sanitized. The owners go the extra mile with all of the signs around making sure you know you are at the beach and on vacation and to enjoy yourself. Our stay was perfect and I would rent from this owner again in a heartbeat. Chose this owner and you will not be disappointed!!!!

Great Experience

Just got back and just wanted to share what a great experience it was staying at this property. Beautifully decorated place with everything you need provided. Great communication and quick to respond to questions and needs. Why would anyone stay at a hotel when you can stay at a place like this? Loved having a kitchen and a washer and dryer. Balcony was wonderful...so peaceful to look out on the water each morning. Location is perfect! Just steps from the beautiful beach and easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Definitely will stay again.
