Short weekend stay

We were looking for a small place to stay over a long weekend that was very close to the beach and this location was great! Although we actually chose other beaches to visit during our stay we enjoyed being close to watch the sunsets from the balcony and within walking distance to a great restaurant.

Amazing Stay

This condo/bnb was absolutely perfect. My boyfriend who has never gone on a vacation came with me, and to see his face when he saw this view was PRICELESS. This place was affordable and clean, and we will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Relaxing getaway!

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing, quiet place to stay on the beach and we found it. Owner was very easy to work with and kept us informed about post hurricane construction. Beach with tons of seashells is two minutes away. Pizza at restaurant across the street is excellent.

Quick visit

Location and place was wonderful, a little dated but clean and comfortable. Complex was still under renovation in general and all amenities were unavailable. We knew this so once they are up and running again, place would be even better. Definitely would visit again.

ANOTHER GREAT VACATION AT THE BEACH AND TENNIS !!!

We have stayed in 5 of the 6 units that Mike and Diane own. Every one that we have stayed in is nice and has everything you would need to have a worry free vacation. Great view of the Gulf and a great breeze off the lanai. Mike and Diane are great people and go out of there way to make sure you have the best vacation ever!! Looking forward to our next stay.

Home Sweet Vacation Home

Hubby and I spent many years vacationing in Bonita Springs but we hadn’t been back in over 20 years. We decided our anniversary would be a great time to head back to our favorite beach. Mike and Diane’s place was perfect! Very clean upon arrival, absolutely every little detail was taken care of, and we didn’t need a thing! They were very prompt to respond when we had a question.

Convenience with a View!

We LOVED staying in this unit. The proximity to the beach is awesome, and there are a lot of restaurants that are just a short drive (or Uber/Lyft) away. The cafe on the property serves an amazing breakfast and mimosa! Do yourself a favor and check it out. This unit is on the top floor and has an AMAZING view of the gulf. It also avoids most of the day's direct sunlight, so sitting outside is comfortable (with a nice breeze). The unit is clean, quiet, spacious, well-stocked, and very comfy. Thank you for a great stay!

Outstanding Experience on Bonita Beach

What a wonderful vacation! The studio condo is perfect for a couple. Extremely clean and Mike is wonderful to work with...so quick with his responses. The view from the balcony was lovely....private sunsets each night. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of linens. Fully stocked kitchen was perfect. The chairs, umbrella and cooler was much appreciated when we visited 10 beaches in 6 days. Thank you for a wonderful vacation rental...we will be back...Cindy and John

I'm sure Barefoot Beach (just a few steps away) and the Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach (just a few miles away) were on your list...THEY ARE ALSO ON THE LIST OF THE BEST BEACHES IN THE WORLD according to Doctor Beach, Stephen P. Leatherman who is a Professor and Director of the Laboratory for Coastal Research at Florida International University. Great view in this up to date condo

This is a great studio condo! As described. The 7th floor west view of the gulf is excellent. Across the street from Doc's and Bonita Beach to the North and Barefoot Beach to the South. A beach walker's paradise. Loved the high top table and chairs on the screened balcony. Condo is up to date with dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable, wireless and a flat screen TV. Everything we needed and more. Nothing missing. Comfortable king bed. Nice to have the folding screen to separate the bedroom from the living area. Felt like a 1 bedroom apartment. Bottle of wine upon arriving was a nice touch. Condo complex was well maintained and elevators were pretty fast. Mike was easy to deal with and very responsive. We'll be back. I'd recommend this condo or any that Mike manages.
