The Space:

Intermezzo X by Tiny Away is located in Città Sant'Angelo, a charming town in the province of Pescara, Italy. It’s only a 22-minute drive to Pescara, famous for its lively seaside promenade, cultural sites, and summer festivals. Beyond that, Pescara boasts exceptional seafood cuisine and provides easy access to the stunning Apennine Mountains and surrounding national parks.



This 252-square-foot tiny house offers all the comforts for an enjoyable tiny house living experience, including easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities feature an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and an electric-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny houses, "Intermezzo 1" and "Intermezzo 2", available with 24 hours' notice in advance.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to our tiny house and garden.

Intermezzo X by Tiny Away is set in Città Sant'Angelo, just 22 minutes from Pescara. Nearby, guests can enjoy local highlights such as Ristorante Margherita, Margazzill Pesce, and Bar Studio. Explore the charm of Città Sant'Angelo’s historic center, shop at the Sant’Angelo Village Outlet, or take a day trip to the stunning Parco della Majella.

Other Things to Note:

- Free drinking water

- Charcoal BBQ grill is available

- Mobile phone reception has a good signal

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No noise after 10 PM, as this is a quiet countryside area

- No smoking allowed inside the tiny house, except outdoors

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are allowed with 24 hrs' notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. Full pet policies will be provided after booking.



NOTICE TO ALL: Wi-Fi and mobile signal are available, but the connection may occasionally be unstable due to the countryside location.



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, insects may be present, so bring repellent and suitable clothing.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
