The Space:
Step into a contemporary apartment where sleek modern design meets relaxed coastal living. The open-plan living area feels spacious and refined, enhanced by expansive glass sliding doors that open onto a private balcony overlooking waterways and surrounding grasslands. Designed for seamless indoorâoutdoor living, the balcony offers alfresco dining for six and an outdoor sofa, making it the perfect place to relax and entertain.

Perfectly located just 1.4 km from both Cotton Tree Beach and Maroochydore Beach (patrolled), the apartment offers easy access to cafes, restaurants, Ocean Street, Sunshine Plaza, and Aldi. With plenty of parks, playgrounds, and coastal paths nearby at Cotton Tree, itâs an ideal base for a relaxing escape.
