Welcome to this fantastic new settled Penthouse Apartment in Auckland CBD.
This beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment boasts a spacious open-plan living room & dining area. A master bedroom with an en-suite including a bathtub, and both bedrooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows, allowing you to enjoy the amazing city view. comfortable queen-size beds with high-quality linens and extra blankets.

- Free unlimited high-speed fibre wifi for your social and business requirements.
- Two full-sized bathrooms with bath towels, face towels, hand towels, and hairdryers. Guest amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.
- A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and pretty much everything you need to cook a meal.
-Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided as our welcome package to ensure you have most everything when you arrive.
- With a 65-inch Smart TV, you can enjoy Netflix and YouTube with your login. Free channels are available.
The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer. As our welcome package, we provide a few laundry capsules, an iron and ironing board, and cloth hangers.

If your car can not fit in our free parking space, here are some other parking options you can have a look:
1. Wilson Parking – 201 Hobson Street
• Location: Adjacent to your building.
• Rates: Casual parking from $4.00.
• Hours: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Payment: Accepts credit cards and ParkMate app payments.
• Note: Only park in bays labeled ParkMate.
2. Auckland Transport (AT) On-Street Parking
• Orange Zone: $4.50 per hour for the first two hours, then $7.50 per additional hour on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Note: Paid parking has been extended to Sundays and public holidays in the Green and Orange Zones from July 1, 2024.
