Located at the base of Peak 9, the resort provides a free shuttle for exploring downtown Breckenridge, where you’ll find dining, shopping, and year-round entertainment—all within walking distance. Parking Access: PARKING FOR ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Parking is charged per day per vehicle.
If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

We stay at Beaver Run every year for a conference, and we are never disappointed. Check-in was a little chaotic, but that is not a reflection on this property; it was just busy! Beautiful views, and everything is accessible via walking if you want it to be.

I have been staying at the Beaver Run property for over 30yrs and this was my first time booking outside of the resort, the price was extremely competitive with the resort and I didn't feel like we missed out on any of the experience or amenities.There were a few issues that were resolved relatively quickly. Would have appreciated a bit more communication around those issues, but not a big deal since they were addresses and resolved quickly.

Great place for kids, but check-in always requires a waiting in line, and if you call for a shuttle, they require you to use the app. That’s fine, but 2 out of 3 of the shuttle operators didn’t update the app on their end, so the shuttle app is basically useless- except they pester you later with ads and requests for feedback.

This is a wonderful condo in a wonderful property at a wonderful place. The location is stellar, and Beaver Run is our favorite place to go in all of Colorado, both for summer and winter time in the mountains. We've gone there for many years and love the place. Breck is wonderful any time of year.All that said, we found this condo in need of some pretty basic repairs and restocking. There were maintenance issues that would be minor in winter (like a screen door that won't close or stay on the track), but in August in a condo without AC, it leaves you the choice of being unreasonably hot or having a place full of flying bugs. There were also plumbing issues and a real shortage of basic items that you'd find in almost any AirBnB or VRBO with a full kitchen, such as dish soap, a kitchen brush, or any way to clean dishes. I won't go into an exhaustive list, but the place was ill-prepared for a family of four. We're willing to give the hosts the benefit of the doubt, and assume that during the slow summer season things were anomalous. It's a great condo in a truly great place, and we'll probably be back.

We’re sorry that the unit was not as well prepared as it should have been during your stay. The basic kitchen items you mentioned should have been stocked in the condo, and we absolutely would have been happy to bring those items over had we known they were missing. We also understand your frustration with the screen door, especially during a warmer summer stay. While screens can certainly be helpful, bugs generally aren’t a significant issue here, and many properties in the mountains don’t have screens at all. That said, we understand why having a screen that properly closes is important when there isn’t air conditioning, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad you’re willing to give us the benefit of the doubt and that you’re considering returning. We truly appreciate your continued love for Beaver Run and hope to welcome you back for many more Colorado stays!
