The upstairs level features an air-conditioned living/dining area with a smart TV that opens onto the deck, capturing the beautiful ocean breeze. Full-size well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. On this level there are two queen rooms and one twin room, and a bathroom with a bath, shower and seperate toilet.

Downstairs comprises one queen bed, and a single bunk bed room, each with ceiling fans, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, with an additional seperate toilet in the laundry. Downstairs there is also a second air-conditioned living room with a small kitchenette and bar fridge. The downstairs living area opens onto a fully fenced yard with a Webber BBQ and pergola area with seating for 8 people. The backyard also has a slide and cubby house for kids.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast"s most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It"s a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there"s a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there"s a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
