Votre maison sur le lac est une maison duplex de style ranch. Les 2 chambres sont entièrement meublées et pas besoin d'amener des draps. Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin ici. Y compris 3 kayaks et gilets de sauvetage pour votre usage. Il y a un parking dans la rue pour 2 voitures. Cette location est la moitié arrière de la maison derrière Houseworks Realty. Depuis l'appartement, sortez par la porte coulissante en verre du spacieux salon / cuisine et profitez de l'immense terrasse de 30 x 10 avec table, parasol, chaises / salons et barbecue au propane. Quelques marches plus bas, vous amène à la cour avec la plage et le quai. Allez nager, pêchez, apportez votre bateau, jet ski ou voilier et attachez-vous à la maison. Le lac Lashaway est un lac récréatif complet. Il y a une rampe publique sur le lac. Notre location dort 4 et a 2 chambres à coucher (1 roi, 1 reine), environ 1000 pieds carrés. Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre usage, une grande cuisine (ustensiles de cuisine fournis), réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière électrique, télévision sous le comptoir avec lecteur CD et DVD. Les équipements de salon comprennent un canapé inclinable en cuir et fauteuil inclinable en cuir, TV à écran plat et lecteur DVD et de grands curseurs à pont surplombant le magnifique lac Lashaway. Vous aimerez vous détendre sur notre terrasse surdimensionnée et les couchers de soleil magnifiques! Les deux chambres ont une télévision à écran plat. Nous sommes à proximité du Brocfield Flea Market, des vergers, du golf, Sturbridge Village. À distance de marche: 1 pâté de maisons à 308 Lakeside qui est un restaurant gastronomique sur le lac, une jolie place du petit déjeuner à côté, une pizzeria à travers la rue, ainsi qu'un bar avec de la musique live 4 soirs par semaine et le vin et la poste. Il y a aussi des concerts d'été le jeudi à quelques minutes de marche. 4 nuits minimum.

L'été est un moment idéal pour visiter à la pêche, la navigation de plaisance, jet ski, la natation, le kayak / canot et plus encore! Nous avons un quai de sorte que vous pouvez apporter votre bateau pour votre plaisir. L'automne est également un moment privilégié pour visiter le feuillage.

Le lac Lashaway est un lac entièrement récréatif de 293 acres. La profondeur moyenne est de 10 pieds (05 m) 3. avec la profondeur maximale d'environ 18 pieds (49 m) 5.. L'eau est de couleur brune et assez chaud en été. De nombreuses maisons et cabines bordent le rivage, étant une retraite d'été pour beaucoup, et des résidences à temps plein pour les autres. Il ya une rampe publique afin hésitez pas à apporter votre bateau ou jet-skis.

Si vous aimez pêcher, le lac Lashaway offre une bonne pêche pour de nombreux poissons d’eaux chaudes. Une enquête menée en 1994 a montré treize espèces, y compris Grand et achigan à petite bouche, brochet maillé, la perchaude, Baret, marigane noire, le crapet arlequin, le crapet-soleil, brun et jaune Bullhead, Chatte, et Sucker. Le lac a été rempli avec le grand brochet dans le passé.

Quite little lake house

We had a nice time visiting with friends and family. It was a nice change from the heat and humidity of Florida. The lake house had just about everything you could need for a lovely vacation.

Family weeeknd

The three of where in town for a long weekend and the place was great for our stay. The deck overlooking the lake was magnificent! Short walk to several dining options and a short drive the other attractions. Hosts were excellent. We will be back next year!

Laidback at Lake Lashaway

This is an excellent place to stay for a relaxing getaway. The view of the lake is beautiful and the location is convenient to many activities and stores yet when sitting out on the deck it feels like civilization is far away. We were lucky enough to be in town for the July 4th fireworks which were amazing. We enjoyed the candlepin bowling - 2 alleys are nearby. The Metro Bistrot is a great French restaurants only 20 minutes away for a special night out. Cindy was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions as well as giving info on local events such as the fireworks and local outdoor concerts. We would definitely come back!!

4 day Vacation $1500 plus $89 insurance

My daughter needed a break so I sent her on a 4 day rest to a lake house. I find out the owner lives downstairs with a dog and the patio is off limits. I also see a hot tub advertising but no hot tub there. The house was beautiful. My daughter enjoyed her stay along with the activities on the lake. Then I get a notice that there’s damage and a file is being claimed. My daughter states the plastic window blind rod was broken and taped when she arrived and it cost $1.

Lakeside Relaxation with Great Host

The best part off this property is being able to sit on the back deck and watch all the action on the lake. Lots of people have boats that they cruise the lake, pull kids on floats (look out for the unicorn) and fish with. Sunrises and Sunsets are beautiful. Pull up a chair, take a seat and just be. Cindy is a fantastic host and was very responsive to any needs we had during our stay.

Top Notch!

Everything you need is either in the house or outside. It was a wonderful retreat, fully stocked and lots of "toys" for the water. Absolutely loved it and everyone was so nice. Highly recommend this property.

Cindy, your property was everything we could have hoped for. Location was perfect for our trip and the places we were visiting. The view from the porch was spectacular. Home Away from Home!

Very charming place to stay. The lake view is awesome! The house had everything you could possibly need, a true home away from home and it was spotless! Cindy was very helpful in helping us get settled in and could not have been nicer. Although the property is on a main street, you do not hear the traffic at all in the house and what you can hear on the deck is minimal. The house is also within walking distance to several places to eat which was really convenient, although I could have cooked a gourmet meal with how well the kitchen was stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever want to return to the Brimfield Flea Maket, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

The lake was beautiful. Cindy and Cliff were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the view of lake, kayaking was fun. Being on main street was a downfall. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, except for the no stick frying pan we bought for them which is a must. I would brighten up the kitchen area, rather than have it so dark. Just suggestions to better the visual part of it as we enjoyed our stay but some things,could be changed to better the stay for guests. Rooms were good sizes, but lighter colors would really change the character of the cottage . Anne & John

Always the best, like coming home

This was our third time staying there, the view of the lake is wonderful and peaceful, close to any and all attractions in the area. The owners are on site and friendly and helpful, they make sure you are welcome and comfortable. We can't wait to see you again next year.

Wonderful

We can highly recommend the appartment. The kitchen has all you need for cooking, the beds are comfortable. The appartment is very clean and we loved it to be there. All the time we went to the windows for to look over the lake. It was so beautiful. And if you like to swim, it is perfect. Only a few steps and you are in the water. Thanks so much, Cindy and Cliff. If it would be possible in the future we will come back.

Did not stay, but the interaction says it all

My grandmother was put on hospice, and I got a call from my mother than she'd flown to Mass to be by her mother's side. She asked me to come, and I needed to quickly locate a house so that she could stay with me. I left a message for Cindy, she returned my call promptly, and I was able to book. Later that afternoon, my grandmother passed away. My mother called and told me not to come, that they would be holding a service for her, but not until later in the year. At this point I thought for sure I'd be out the money I paid for the house, but Cindy returned my message and let me know that they would be refunding it to me. I was shocked, and extremely happy. They made an already stressful and difficult time so much less difficult. I do look forward to staying with them in the future, but in the mean time, I cannot say enough about their generosity.

Beautiful view, peaceful

This is our third year staying here, it never disappoints, we love the views from the deck, the peace and quiet, and the close location to so many attractions. Cliff and Condy are wonderful and address any issue you may have. As always we look forward to next year and really hate to leave

Peace on the Lake

This was our second year, and it was as wonderful as the previous year. Cliff and Cindy go out of their way to make the stay great. Great location, wonderful views, peaceful. Can't wait till next year.

Great location, wonderful views, quiet, peaceful.

Stayed here for a month. Loved it. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, with wifi, flat screen TVs, excellent washer and dryer, cell phone service, memory foam mattresses. Blissfully quiet. Off street parking. 2 restaurants, pizza place and a local tavern within 100 yards. Cindy and Cliff are great folks, helpful in every way.

Cliff and Cindy are local real estate experts in the Brookfields and surrounding towns. We own our own real estate office and have been in the business since 2000. We are now licensed in MA & VT. We have been a couple for 20+ years and got married in 2009. We have lived in the area our entire lives. Cliff graduated from UMass Lowell and Cindy graduated from Quinsigamond Community College. Both with degrees in Business Management.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this property because we love to travel and unwind. This home provided us an opportunity to be close to everything and run our business from home, being it is a downtown location while having the luxury of lakeside living. We enjoy having restaurants next door and across the street as well as a small bar soon to reopen. There are also breweries, churches, golf, bowling, grocery stores, Petruzzi's farm, farmer's market, Klem's, etc. within minutes of our home. It was the perfect location for us.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home directly overhangs the water. You don't have to walk far to be relaxing by the beach. You can walk to local restaurants and bars which are across the street and next door. You can also walk to the town beach which is less than a mile away.

Sitting out on the deck in the evening with a nice glass of wine watching the sunset is always a favorite of ours and our guests. The views are amazing!

We do have a beach to sit and relax on and put your toes in the water if you don't want to swim. A lot of houses on the lake do not have an actual sandy area. We do!
