Just a 5-minute walk to North Sydney Station and Metro, with cafés and harbour walks nearby. Ideal for executives, families and long stays.
The Edwardian Luxe Retreat is a fully renovated, sun-filled 3-bedroom apartment set within a classic Edwardian building. Positioned at the quiet rear of the property, it offers rare privacy, no adjoining walls and no one above. Designed to luxury hotel standards, the space features ducted air-conditioning, high-quality furnishings, internal laundry, secure entry and a 55â Smart TV.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, full oven and cooktop, dishwasher, rice cooker, fridge, microwave, dinnerware, cookware and everything needed for extended stays or home cooking. All bedrooms feature premium hotel-grade pillow-top mattresses for exceptional comfort, with flexible bedding options for families and corporate groups.
Large windows fill the apartment with natural light throughout the day, overlooking a peaceful shared garden with absolutely no road noise. Private parking is included with the option to add EV charging.
