For many years, Moana Beach House has been a much loved family home and holiday bach, a place for long summers, early morning swims, and time spent together by the sea. We feel very lucky to now be managing the property and making it available for holiday rental for the first time, and it has been prepared with care for guests to enjoy.
The house has a relaxed, coastal feel with a clean, modern finish throughout. The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is light and comfortable, with large sliding doors opening onto a generous deck that looks out across the bay. This space works beautifully for everyday living, whether you are inside with the doors open or spending most of your time outside on the deck.
The full kitchen is well equipped and stylish, making it easy to enjoy long breakfasts or shared meals after a day on the beach. A Nespresso machine is provided, along with a welcome selection of premium teas and coffees. For entertaining, the house also features a wet bar with ice machine, well positioned for relaxed evenings on the deck. A full laundry is available, making longer stays simple and practical.
Outside, the deck includes a BBQ and plenty of seating, creating an easy setting for outdoor dining and evenings spent watching the light change over the water.
Both bedrooms are fitted with king beds and quality linen, offering calm and comfortable spaces to unwind. The two bathrooms are modern and spacious, with large tiled showers and simple, contemporary fittings that feel practical and well considered.
