PROPERTY DETAILS

This beautiful 4-bedroom beachside getaway offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with the whole family — including your furry friends!



Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 × King Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 × Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 × Double Bed & 1 × Single Bed in bunk formation

Bedroom 4: 1 × Single Bed (can be pulled out into a Double Bed)



We are proudly pet-friendly! We kindly ask that pets remain in the secure outdoor areas and off the furniture at all times.



Parking:

Secure off-street parking is available for up to 3 cars, with additional on-street parking nearby if needed.



Cooling & Comfort:

Ceiling fans are installed throughout the lounge, kitchen, dining area, and all bedrooms. The master bedroom has air conditioning, and the second bedroom includes a pedestal fan for added comfort.



Living Areas:

There are two spacious and comfortable lounge areas, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The 2nd living room is equipped with a fireplace, you are welcome to purchase firewood or bring your own, but please clean up after you have finished.



Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge, pod coffee machine (pods not supplied), and all cookware, crockery, and cutlery you’ll need for your stay.



Starter Supplies:

To keep cleaning fees low, we provide initial “start-up” supplies:

1 tea/coffee sachet per guest + long-life milk

3-in-1 body wash and shampoo

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

Guests will need to purchase any additional supplies, including sugar, paper towels, laundry detergent, and tissues.



Linen & Pool Access:

All bed linen and towels are included, along with a premium linen service for added comfort. A beach towel is also provided for each guest. Guests may enjoy the shared-use swimming pool on site.



Guest Expectations:

This home is not suitable for parties, events, or schoolies. We ask guests seeking such stays to kindly book elsewhere. To ensure suitability, we request details about your group and trip upon booking. The property is fitted with a noise monitoring device to help preserve the peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.



Important Notes:

This is a strictly non-smoking property.

The standard cleaning fee covers general cleaning. Excessive mess, damage, stains, cigarette smells, or breakages will incur additional charges.

There are external cameras at the property for the safety of guests and neighbours. There are no internal cameras.
