A small relaxing tatami space with some artwork displayed as a mini gallery.
A selection of bilingual comics is available.

Includes a hair dryer and hair iron.
Baby soap is available for little guests.

Washer available and indoor drying space provided — no worries about laundry.

【NOTICE】
There is a cemetery behind the property, managed by a nearby temple.
It is very well maintained and extremely quiet even at night.
It is barely visible from inside the house, and you can enjoy a peaceful stay; however, if this concerns you, we kindly ask you to refrain from booking.

House Rules

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
This property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Loud noise, conversations, music, or gatherings on the balcony after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
If we receive complaints from neighbors or instructions from the police, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Please follow the rules and enjoy your stay.

• No pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
If this rule is violated, an additional cleaning fee of ¥30,000 will be charged.

• No smoking anywhere on the property (including e-cigarettes)
Smoking is also prohibited on the balcony.
If smoking is detected, an additional cleaning fee of ¥30,000 will be charged.

• Garbage separation required
Please sort your trash and dispose of it only in the indoor bins.
Do not leave garbage outside.

• Do not remove linens or equipment from the property
Any missing towels or items will result in additional charges.

• Damage to facilities or equipment
Please report any damage immediately.
Depending on the situation, the cost may be charged at actual price.

• Unauthorized additional guests
If more guests stay than the reservation, ¥15,000 per extra person will be charged.

• For long-stay guests
Thank you for staying multiple nights.
There is no towel or sheet replacement during the stay.
Please use the washing machine if needed.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
Cleaning staff will enter after 10:00 AM.
If you check out late, an additional fee will be charged.

• Please read the House Rules carefully
The full rules will be sent in advance—please review them.

• About check-in
This is self-check-in. Staff are not on-site.
Before arrival, we ask all guests to complete and return a guest registration form.
Once confirmed, we will send the key box code.
Please use the key inside to check in.
(If timing permits, we would be delighted to meet you during your stay.)

• ID verification
In accordance with Japanese hotel regulations, all guests are required to present identification.
Non-residents of Japan must provide a copy of the passport photo page.
