The Baree Bunkhouse (named after one of our favorite mountain lakes) can accommodate up to 3 guests. The living area has a full sized bed with twin trundle. The kitchenette includes a minifridge, microwave, coffeemaker/w coffee, toaster and the usual kitchen implements. There is additionally an outdoor George Foreman grill. Hulu television and wifi are included. Great space to enjoy the outdoors and a shared firepit to test your s'more making skills. Take a stroll down Big Sky Country Blvd (walking path) to the private river access featuring our hidden cove and sunset point. Additional firepit is at the river. Bring your own kayaks or use the kayaks available to enjoy our peaceful reservoir. Guided hiking trips may be available upon request for an additional cost. Additional cabin available on property for small groups see Cliff Cabin listing on VRBO.
we had an amazing time with our family. Easy access to the lake with good fishing. Had fun kayaking and hanging around the awesome fire pit. The cabins were very clean and I will be going back.
Pleasant cabin in West Montana forest.
Wasn't feeling too super, so didn't take advantage of all that the area offered, but we're happy for a place to get away.
Full sized bed with trundle. The layout could have been better. Small is fine but this had wasted space and not enough space spent for at least a queen bed.
From the website, it was not obvious about lack of cooking and clean-up abilities. A microwave and george forman grill are not enough for a 3 day stay. Otherwise, great place.
Only one problem. The microwave kept tripping the strip outlet. It worked for about ,15 seconds.
Took 8 15 second intervals to get a warm cup of water. The space could use more hooks in advantages areas. But I would book again and recommend it to others.
The stay was everything we hoped for and more! The cabin was peaceful and had everything we needed. The hosts were welcoming and helpful with any questions. The short stroll to the private cove is a few sips of coffee long yet the charm of it makes you feel like youâve arrived at a secret destination. Irises and wildflowers flank the waters edge with perfect shallow entry spots. My favorite place was the cafe seating at the end of a little private peninsula to the west side of the cove - although the little rocky knoll there with water lapping my feet was my favorite place to sit. We had some breathtaking sunset moments on the cove and out on the kayaks. Highly rated stay! Thank you so much for a perfect anniversary weekend!
We loved the whole bunkhouse. We were there for a wedding and it was the perfect place to stay. As it was raining our whole stay we'll have to come back for the fire pit and canoes!
Great place. Definitely will return. The only reason the amenities got four stars was because there's not a stove but that's no big deal. It has a microwave and a coffee pot, what more do you need? Getting out in the kayaks was fun, good day hiking practically out the back door. The host rates a five star
Nobody was home when I got there to check in so I went to the shore and caught a fish. Then when I came back Jesse was there and everything was more than adequate. I wish I couldâve stayed longer.
It was a great little cabin for my husband and I. It was centralized to all the different places we wanted to go and the host was very nice and helpful for finding fun things to do.
