Welcome to Innis Bryn - a bright, spacious, ocean view property with beach access just steps away. The cottage has a large yard with lots of green space and a swing set. The cottage offers ocean views from most every room and a great covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture to relax and take in the amazing sea to shore landscape.

This PEI cottage is open-concept with AC in the main living/dining/kitchen area and cathedral ceilings in the living and dining rooms. The kitchen lies just beyond the dining/living - so is conveniently close if you wish to mingle with family/friends while still cooking up a storm in the kitchen- which is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and loads of counter space. The dining table seats 6, with additional bar stools just behind the table at the peninsula. The living room is incredibly inviting with cozy furniture, great views and light through the floor to ceiling windows, flat screen TV and a fireplace.

The main floor is complete with 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a full bath (4 pc.) and the laundry/entry. The bedroom/bath area is kept private and quiet with a door that closes between the kitchen and bedroom hallway.

As you take the stairs to the second floor, you're greeted at the top landing with a desk space to utilize for any necessary "working holiday" time. The desk also has great views of the ocean! The second floor family suite has a king bed, two twin beds, a TV, small deck and a full bath (soaker tub, shower). A perfect area for part of the family to relax in the evening or for the kids to get away with a movie while the adults enjoy the main level space to themselves. Double French doors close this space off from the open area below for privacy and reduced noise.

Innis Bryn is complete with a well equipped kitchen, Wifi, Netflix, BBQ (propane), full size washer and dryer, towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys.
