There are two bedrooms leading off the main living area, both with mirrored robes and air-conditioning. The front bedroom has balcony doors that pull right back, enabling magnificent views.

The villa is just a short distance to, and overlooks, the Compass Point shared pool.

Kitchen.
The kitchen is fresh and modern with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.

Extra bed.
There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests or children.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
