This apartment includes secure, on-site parking—ideal for guests with a vehicle. Located just off Ennis Avenue and close to the Kwinana Freeway, it offers easy access to local industrial areas, HMAS Stirling Naval Base, and the Perth CBD (around 45 minutes by car).



By Train

Rockingham Train Station is only a 7-minute drive away, with direct trains to Perth taking under 40 minutes. Services run regularly, making it a convenient option for commuting or day trips into the city.



By Bus

Multiple bus stops are within easy walking distance, with routes connecting you to Rockingham Station, Rockingham Centre, the beachside foreshore, and nearby suburbs. A practical choice for guests without a car.

GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.
