In the cooler months, the whole home stays warm with ducted heating, and when the weather warms up you’ve got ducted cooling throughout the entire house to keep things comfortable. It’s the kind of setup that lets everyone settle in without fuss, whether you’re cooking in the kitchen, lounging in the living room or relaxing in the bedrooms. When the sun’s out, the spacious back patio is the perfect spot for a quiet cuppa or an afternoon drink while the kids stretch their legs in the fenced backyard.

Getting Around:

The property is easy to reach and only a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Bathurst. You’ll receive the exact address and check-in instructions the day before arrival. Parking is available in the driveway and there’s plenty of space on the street. For guests arriving by train, Bathurst Station is just a short drive or quick taxi ride away

BBQ: Available for guest use – please clean after use.



Cleaning: A cleaning fee applies. Excessive mess or unregistered guests may incur an additional charge.



House Rules: No smoking indoors, no parties or events. Please return the key to the lockbox on departure.
