Step into our stylishly converted 1 bedroom warehouse apartment.
A light-filled, architecturally designed home in the heart of North Melbourne - metres from your door are some of the trendiest cafes and food joints in the city.
Private + cosy, with a spacious bedroom, outdoor terrace, full size kitchen (with all cookware), laundry and a light-drenched living room.
5 minutes walk from the new Melbourne Metro Arden station gives you quick access to the whole city. It is also 10 min away from the city by tram, and 15 min walking distance to the Queen Victoria Market.
Sunlight streams through large, industrial-style windows, illuminating the open-plan living space with its polished concrete floors. Relax on the comfortable couches, or enjoy a meal with friends, and and relish the architecturally designed indoor/outdoor living space.

âA peaceful master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, hotel quality linens and blackout blinds
â A modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, shampoo, conditioner and hair-dryer.
âA separate laundry with a washing machine, iron, and drying rack.
âA dedicated workspace (in the bedroom) with a built-in desk.
âThe Samsung Frame TV has a dedicated Netflix and Prime account for guests to usr and apps for the other streaming services.

Private onsite parking is available for stays longer than one week. Please let us know when booking if you require private parking. There is plenty of free street parking around the house, but it is time restricted during business hours (2 hour limit) and for the first part of Saturday morning.

âCheck-out is at 10:00 AM.
