Main bathroom: upstairs- Shower & bath & vanity.

Downstairs bathroom/ laundry: Shower, vanity & separate toilet.

Games room: Located downstairs the game room features a pool table, foosball, table tennis, yoga mats & Puzzle board with direct access to the back yard. Please make sure kids are supervised.

Outdoor: Grassed backyard with direct access onto the golf course. Gas BBQ.

Linen is provided- just bring along your beach towels!

Parking: 1x car space in lock up garage. Ample for 2 cars + on street parking available.
Boat Parking: Suitable for 1 large or 2 smaller boats

Pets : Pets welcome - outside only. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately. Any damages or excess cleaning fee's will be charged to the guest.
