Great location when visiting or working in Auckland. Only a short stroll to transport and business hubs. Enjoy Auckland`s finest dining & entertainment establishments. Fully kitted out for self â catering, just bring your suitcase! Double bed size Sofa bed for those extra people.
Secure access into the building and apartment floor. On entry you will find the bathroom on the left and bedroom on the right. A couple more steps and youâre into the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows full the room with light and morning sun. Comfy with fully equipped kitchen and all bed and personal linen. Spacious lounge with sizeable exterior balcony. Just bring your suitcase. Lounge suite is a sofa bed & turns into a small double bed. Please let us know if you`d like to use this.
Check in is convenient via lock box at the Luggage Hotel based on Princes Wharf.
Full check in details will be sent to you 1 days before you are due to arrive.
We give our guests space but are available when needed. Pillo manages this property on behalf of the owners & we are available 24/7 for urgent requests (only) & just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours (8.30 am to 7 pm) If we are called out outside of these hours there may be a callout fee may apply.
Princes Wharf is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Aucklands most desired real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. CHECK - IN TIME IS AFTER: 3 pm (15.00) on day of check in. CHECK - OUT TIME IS BY: 10 am (10.00) on day of check out. Charges apply if you arrive early or leave late.

âą No PARTIES, GATHERING OR EVENTS of any kind (formal or informal)
âą No LOUD NOISES or UNACCEPTABLE or ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR of any kind or activates or items in or on the property. Curfew is between 10pm (22.00) & 9am (09.00)
âą No DAMAGE, MISUSE, BREAKAGES or REMOVAL of the property, building, common areas or neighbours property & any contents. You are fully responsible & liable for any repairs & replacements.
âą ALL Building Management & Body Corporate rules & regulations MUST BE adhered to, including any building access requirements.
âą No TAMPERING WITH ANY SAFETY & HEALTH DEVISES including smoke alarms
âą Additional services or Items: Charges for hire and delivery may apply and MUST be prepaid for.(Inc additional bed linen)
âą Only beds can be used for sleeping on. Linen hire is compulsory for extra beds & is an additional charge to the nightly room rental charged for guests staying.
âą Any quests staying or stayed not included in booking will be asked to leave & extra guest booking charges will apply for the whole booking period.
âą Cleaning: As part of your booking, a light after- stay guest clean is included. You are expected to leave the property in a tidy & cleanly state with all dishes cleaned & put away & beds left unmade, all table & bench tops cleared. All rubbish must be placed as instructed. If the property is not left in a tidy condition & rubbish removed as requested you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
âą For stays longer than 14 days, a guest paid refresh clean & linen change will be required as part of the booking.
âą Amenities: This property is not serviced. Short stay is about self-catering but we do provide a small array of amenities to support you for your first day. These are not replenished during your stay.
âą Luggage: Please note we DO NOT have facility to store luggage at our properties.
âą Access Keys: If you lose, damage or take the access keys you will be charged the cost of replacement plus a Pillo admin fee.
âą Locked out: If you lock yourself out you will be charged a Pillo call â out fee + any building management & security charges & any lock smith charges. You may be required to supply proof of identity & booking before being given access. Response time cannot be guaranteed.
âą Left items: At your cost (& pre âpaid) Pillo will attempt to retrieve & return any left items to you. Please note any retrieved items will only be held for one month before being disposed of
âą We do not accept any MAIL or PACKAGE deliveries. Any received will be returned to sender at your cost.
âą Cancellations: Please refer to listing cancellation policy. Please note there are no refunds if booking is cancelled once property is occupied.

No smoking, vaping or e- cigarettes
Any breach of property building management and body corporate rules
Pillo violation charge for any breach is $250 (per breach) plus you will be charged and liable for any building management & or security charges ($250 per call) & any additional third party charges relating to the breach/s.
If there is a party /event or gathering then the property is automatically spring cleaned including a full carpet clean. Guest charge is min $450.
CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning and rubbish removal of $200. If carpet requires cleaning because of your actions, an additional $200 is payable.
If you LOCK YOURSELF OUT / LOOSE A KEY or swipe you are responsible for any charges the Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry and replacement costs
NO PETS are allowed on the premises unless pre â approved by Pillo
SOFA-BED: Please request use of any additional beds. There is a minimum charge for supply and laundering of additional bed linens.
