The kitchen is designed for hosting, with a large stone island, quality appliances, and a walk through pantry that keeps everything organised and out of sight. The dining area fits a full group comfortably, and the second living room easily becomes a movie room for slow nights in.

4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
