Welcome to Cityscape on Mounts Bay, a private one-bedroom retreat resting at the foot of Kings Park. This is an easy, unfussy base for a couple or solo traveler visiting Perth for work, leisure, or a longer relocation stay. The location balances nature and city perfectly: wander up to the parkâs lookouts and trails in minutes, then stroll down to the river or into the CBD for dining, bars, and transport connections.
Inside, the apartment unfolds into a comfortable open-plan living and dining area designed for slow mornings and relaxed evenings. The lounge is serviced by a reverse-cycle air conditioner to keep you cool in summer and cozy in winter, and thereâs ample space to unwind after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is well equipped with the everyday essentials youâll need to prepare simple meals, making longer stays feel effortless.
The bedroom is calm and private, ideal for a restorative nightâs sleep. An en-suite bathroom adjoins the bedroom and features a shower over a full bathtub, a WC, and a vanity with mirror and hairdryerâperfect whether you prefer a quick rinse or a relaxing soak. A separate laundry area within the apartment includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board so you can pack light and refresh your wardrobe as you go.
Your stay is set within Mounts Bay Village, where you can dip into a refreshing outdoor swimming pool, enjoy a casual hit on the tennis court, or keep your routine on track in the fitness room. The grounds feel resort-like yet remain moments from Perthâs urban heart, so youâll never have to choose between convenience and calm.
Being at the base of Kings Park means some of Perthâs most iconic views and walking paths are on your doorstep. Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River foreshore are a pleasant amble away for sunset drinks or ferry connections, and the CBDâs laneways and eateries are close enough for spontaneous coffee runs or dinner reservations. Public transport and rideshare options are plentiful; with so much within walking distance, many guests find a car unnecessary during their stay.
A quick note on logistics: there is no parking available with this apartment. If youâre bringing a vehicle, please consider nearby public transport, rideshare, or paid parking options in the city. Parking: Unfortunately our apartment doesn`t come with any parking; if you require a vehicle, there is paid parking at the CPP Convention Center, which is approximately a 15-minute walk to the apartment.

We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:
No parties or events â This is a peaceful apartment. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, without refund.
No smoking indoors â Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.
Quiet hours â Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.
Take care of the property â If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.
Check-out â Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.
Keys & access devices â Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will incur replacement charges.
