Situated on the prestigious northern end of the island, the villa is just a short buggy ride from all major island attractions. A brand-new buggy is provided for guest use.

Recently fully renovated, the villa offers quiet, private and spacious living - ideal for families or groups of friends. Smart TVs in every bedroom and a large smart TV in the lounge room ensure entertainment for everyone.

Rooms
This generous four-bedroom villa includes three bedrooms on the entry level, each with split-king beds, robes, air-conditioning and smart TVs.
The master suite upstairs features a king bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite. Bathrooms include heated mirrors and magnifying mirrors for added convenience.

Pool
The villa overlooks and has direct access to the Cooinda Gardens shared pool.

Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped alfresco kitchen features an integrated BBQ, sink and bar fridge. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an oven with integrated air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, full utensils, crockery and cutlery. An additional inside bar fridge offers extra space for drinks and entertaining.

Extra Features
Starlink high-speed internet ensures seamless connectivity. An ice machine in the laundry adds further convenience during your stay. Air-conditioning is available throughout the entire villa.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
