Situated on the tranquil northern end of the island, you're just a short buggy ride to all of the island's activities and attractions.

Rooms.
There are three bedrooms, all located on the lower level. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with dual sinks, shower and spa. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and a shared bathroom. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, this property features a sofa bed and a small nook that has been configured to sleep an additional 2 guests on a trundle bed.

Entertaining areas.
This villa boasts a large open plan living and dining area, which flows onto a large balcony area with a BBQ and outdoor seating for eight people.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Family-friendly.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends.

Two pools.
As well as a private plunge pool at the villa, guests also have access to the 25m pool and gazebo ara within the Peninsula complex.

Extra bed.
There is a sofa bed in the living area for visitors or extra guests.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
