AMAZING! The house is absolutely gorgeous. I am a frequent VRBO renter and have never stayed at a more well appointed house. Everything you will ever need is available. Our host is very organized. The furnishings were fabulous. My brother is going to buy a mattress just like the one he stayed on for his home. He never had a better nights sleep. Let’s talk views!!!!! Insane!!!!! Krista, our host was immediately available le to answer any questions. I would give it ten stars if I could. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

For our large family,this property was exactly as advertised. Great location, roomy, clean, well stocked kitchen, all the amenities. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Hot tub and steam shower were a welcome end to a day on the slopes. Everything we needed was supplied. A carefree and perfect rental.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this CB gem. Unbelievable views in all directions. Ski-in/ski-out was amazing...felt like we had a private run to the house. The living room and basement "game room" TV's are much larger than shown in photos...nice surprise. I hope to be back next season!

Excellent home and host. We stayed here with a family group of 12. Everyone had plenty of space. The home is well appointed in terms of furniture, dishes, cookware, etc. Great hosts made the entire process seamless. Thanks again for a fun trip!

This place is amazing!Beautiful views, the house is "top shelf" just gorgeous!And the hosts/owners (Krista & Geoff) are fantastic. They were always available to answer questions. Geoff even stopped by a couple times to make sure we had everything. He even snow plowed around the house and down the trail to the lift.I would highly recommend staying here.

The home was fabulous. Everyone had a great time. We also catered a meal from Tim Egelhoff, a private chief that was wonderful. Would definitely stay at same home if we visit Crested Butte again.

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The design of the home was perfect with amazing views of the mountains out of every window in the house. It was a true ski-in/out with the groomed trail coming right to the front door. The owners came to clear snow off the surfaces and check on us the first day just to make sure everything was ok. Our stay in Crested Butte was a dream. This is the most beautiful and thoughtfully laid out vacation house I have ever rented. There was space for my parents, my brother’s family with two kids (including a baby), my sister’s family with two kids, and my family of five. The bunk room comfortably slept all of the big kids, and the adults were happy in their own rooms all with king beds. The views were incredible. The ping pong table, foosball table and in ground trampoline were huge hits when we were at the house. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were all well stocked with everything meticulously labeled. The house is in an amazing location on the mountain, a short drive or even walk to all the hikes and lakes we explored and only a 10 minute drive into town. Communication with the owner was seamless. We had an unforgettable trip full of hiking, fishing, stand up paddle boarding, rafting the Gunnison river, riding horses, enjoying town, and cooking dinner at the house then enjoying the best star watching on the deck. We will be back!!

Perfect location for winter or summer. Right off the Prospect walking trail and the Goldlink lift. Beautiful and functional home with responsive and caring owners. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Trip!

3 Porcupine is the perfect place for a family trip! We had 8 adults and 7 kids, and there was plenty of room for all of us! The kids loved the trampoline, and the adults loved the views! The proximity to hikes in the summer and skiing in the winter is perfect! We will be back!

Amazing locAtion

Simply put, this is the best place our group has had in 10 years of ski trips to different resorts. This isn’t just a condo or rental property it is a home of the highest quality. The owners/managers could not be more attendant to a great experience. Amazing time. Amazing home.

This property has my heart!

We are hoping to return to this perfect escape again. Plenty of space for 12 adults. The views were more than we expected. House was well appointed, we wanted for nothing....except for Tucker to spend the week with us!

Outstanding stay

Masterfully crafted house with beautiful views and incredible attention to details by the owners. The home comfortably slept 15 people with room to spread out. Lots of games and activities in and around the house to keep adults and children entertained. The property managers were attentive and checked in with us throughout our stay. This was an exceptional place to stay!

Amazing Ski Lodge

We stayed in this amazing home with another family for Xmas and NY and have taken away some incredible memories. The house suits two families. The house is located just off the Gold Link ski run and is ski in and ski out. We hired a car so we could explore the town of Crested Butte which was beautiful. The hosts were always willing to help and made the stay perfect. Thanks Again

The house was amazing with plenty of room for our large group. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and even impressed our discerning chefs. The views from every window are breathtaking and we were awestruck by mountain sunsets multiple evenings. While the snow did not cooperate, the First Tracks shuttle easily got our skiers to and from the base of the mountain. Krista and Geoff went out of their way to make sure we had a Christmas tree and holiday lights and kept us informed of the status of lifts opening. We didn’t get to experience ski in and ski out but look forward to coming back when there is more powder! Definitely one of our best rental experiences.

Surprise 80th

We rented this home with our whole family to surprise our dad for his birthday. We pulled off the surprise and the house accommodations were perfect for our group. The location and views were amazing! Our host was also amazing and super helpful in the planning process. She recommended a local photographer to capture our moments, stocked the fridge so we would not have to get out, and even made a connection to a local baker to get his favorite cake made!

Memory making week

Our family of 16 loved our week ! Big enough for toddlers to nap quietly and the living area was perfect for family dinners. Kids loved trampoline . The 3 sets of washers and dryers were GREAT to have . Being so close to the hike through the aspen groves was so fun -we hiked up to Painter Boy where our son got married , such a sentimental journey . We appreciated the luxuries . Absolutely gorgeous property

Geoff and Krista were very accommodating and helpful for our first time skiing Crested Butte. Their home was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The location of the property was perfect. A short, easy blue run to get you to the house was exactly what our Texas family of 3 needed when we wanted to stop in for lunch or to warm up by the fire. This was the best ski vacation we’ve had so far, and it’s all because of their attention to detail and great recommendations. We will definitely be back. 10/10!!!!!!

Fabulous!

Our entire family had the most incredible week here in Crested Butte! We had six under 6, plus a 13 yo along, with 10 adults and this house was perfect! It was the best rental we've ever stayed in - well stocked with essentials, kitchen was a dream for cooking large meals, comfortable beds and furniture for a large group with lots of kids. The outdoor spaces kept all the kids busy and happy the entire time! The location was convenient for hiking, fishing, horseback riding and exploring in town and all around! The communication with the owners was awesome; they gave us several suggestions which were wonderful. We definitely want to come back!
