Welcome to The Treehouse, a warm and inviting two-storey retreat tucked among the trees in peaceful Greenfields. With light-filled spaces, natural outlooks, and cosy atmosphere, this pet-friendly (with a pet fee) home is designed for relaxation and connection.
Whether youâre enjoying slow mornings on the balcony, exploring Mandurahâs beaches and waterways, or unwinding in the spacious living areas, this home offers all the comforts. A park just across the road makes it ideal for families.

Spread across two levels, The Treehouse offers plenty of room for families, couples, or friends to relax. The upstairs open-plan living area is the heart of the home, filled with natural light, leafy views, and a welcoming atmosphere. Here, youâll find the lounge with Smart TV and the fully equipped kitchen, all flowing seamlessly out to the balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or the sounds of nature.
Downstairs includes the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and provides access to the secure yard, where pets can safely enjoy the outdoors.

Bedroom 3: Single bunk bed + 2 extra single mattresses (suitable for children only)
Please note: Because this is a two-storey property, it may not be suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs.

Just a short drive away, Mandurah offers plenty to explore, from its beautiful beaches and iconic waterways to scenic walking trails along the estuary.
Spend your days dolphin spotting, enjoying the Mandurah Foreshoreâs restaurants and cafĂ©s, visiting local parks and markets, or taking a leisurely cruise through the canals. Itâs the perfect base to experience both tranquillity and the best of Mandurahâs coastal lifestyle.
A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, but a bus stop is just a short couple of minutes walk away. From there, you can catch the bus to Mandurah Station, a major train and bus hub, and connect to regional transport or local routes to beaches, the foreshore, shops, and more.
Youâll have access to our AI Virtual Host 24/7 throughout your stay. Weâre also available to assist with any questions via the messaging system on the platform you booked through.
Weâre happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
